Products must be returned at the customer’s expense to the attention of our Customer Service Department.
Full credit will be given on eligible products returned within 90 days from date of purchase that include a copy of the mailed invoice (your itemised billing - NOT the sales order copy sent in the box). Without the invoice copy, a 10% restock fee will be applied. No returns are accepted for products requiring refrigeration.
After 90 days, any return must have pre-authorisation from our Customer Service Department. The restock fee applies to any return over 90 days and the products must have an expiration date of at least a year out from the current date.
Credit will not be given for products that are opened, used, price-marked, short-dated, or past expiry. Please - no magic markers, no stickers, no glue residue, no torn or scratched labels, no dented bottles, and no missing seals.
The customer assumes all risks when returning products. Please pack carefully in a sturdy box with enough bubble wrap/packaging to sufficiently cushion and protect products during shipment. We cannot credit products that are damaged in transit back to us.
We will give you a courtesy call if we receive any products that do not meet the criteria for credit. If you would like them returned to you, we will be happy to do so at our standard shipping rate of £3.95.

DAMAGE CLAIMS / SHIPMENT ERRORS
Please inspect your products upon arrival and call our Customer Service Department within 10 business days to report any breakage, defective items, over-shipments, or shortages. We will be happy to correct the problem as quickly as we can.
Should any products ordered be out of stock, we will contact you to see ho you would like to proceed. If you chose to wait for stock to arrive, any back-ordered products will be shown on the shipping invoice enclosed with your order.
